Don't know what prices are, but it's from an Exporter in China that specializes in Automotive Security Systems?
And I think the Ballasts are made in Korea?
I'd personally be more concerned about quality, especially with HID's.

the website your provide is in CHINA, you can get this HID for about 50 dollars at cost, I have been to most of those factories, 50 dollars were the prices i got quoted for. ( Bad design, wont last 365 days). I know b/c my parents have a plastic facotry near the area.
