they're powder coated black. brand new. since they were made to fit mine I figure to let you guys know on 32/55 forum.

Dude if someone give me a offer for my HRE 841's with out tires, i'll take these DCR's. I wanted to powder coat my 8's blk center.. rite now its Dark grey. Bump for some Sick wheels goes well with any color w203s.
