W203 springs

How different is the C320 springs and struts to the C32 AMG? I ask because id like to lower my C32 and found this set of springs on ebay, But they only list C240 and C320. The Seller couldnt give me an answer whether or not theyd fit my car.

Good question!
Mind you, I'd be extremely wary about purchasing $109 springs for the C32.
In general, dirt cheap = dirt quality.

2005 C55 AMG
Just for a point of reference, my C55 was lowered when I bought it, and appears to have high quality springs in it. However, the front wheels rub when cornering slowly w/ the wheel turned all the way, and the rear springs allow the rear tires to rub whenever a "large" person rides in the back seat.
I inquired w/ my dealer on pricing for factory OE replacements and was quoted $109 for each spring.

The kit you're looking at says $109 for an entire set of four springs. I would stay away! There's no way I'd trust an important suspension "upgrade" component that essentially cost the same as a single OE piece. As mentioned by BooHooRamblers, you get what you pay for.

Would you run 87 octane fuel in your car because it's .30/gallon cheaper? I think not. The same principal would apply to the springs in my opinion...

Thats true, but normally a cheap price doesnt always suggest low quality. It could just be close to wholesale price. Ive had bad experience with the more "expensive" H&R springs. Eibach is no better so i was looking for an alternative, price isnt really a factor.
