help asap ecu reset??

will be installing the code3 products in the morning,and will disconnect the battery due to regapping the spark plugs,after connecting up the battery will i need to take it to the dealers for a ecu reset???reason why i ask is that my sisters c-class coupe had a faulty battery a while ago so she changed it and it had to be back at the dealers for aecu reset

you should be perfectly fine. Might have to do the basics like "reprogram" for a lack of a better word the windows/sunroof and turn the wheel to the left all the way and to the right all the way to erase codes on the cluster if they pop.

Are you referring to loung14's comment "turn the wheel to the left all the way and to the right all the way to erase codes on the cluster"?
If so, he is referring to the ESP - sometimes a warning screen appears indicating that the ESP function is off. It's just a side-effect of disconnecting the battery.
To get rid of that particular warning, you turn the steering wheel all the way to the left and then all the way to the right.

Once you turn the car on:
- roll all the windows all the way down without stopping. Then roll them back up without stopping.
- Open the sunroof all the way without stopping. Close it without stopping.
- Turn the steering wheel all the way to the left, then all the way to the right.(do this on a level) I believe this sets the steering angle or something like that.
