Rear Brakes Forming Clumps

Last time I've driven my car was about 1 month ago, it was stored in the garage before a quick wash. Hopped into my car and put it in first gear, let off the clutch and it felt like something was holding the car back (felt like a seized caliper). Jumped out and checked the wheels, lugs, and the brakes hoping it was nothing major. On the rear right side and only on the rear right I spot brake rust forming on the outlines of the pads. Sprayed brake clean but doesn't work, had to take a screw driver and mallet to chisel it out. Is this a common issue? I'm wondering why its only on one side and not the other. Time to get new rotors/pads?

My calipers always stick after washing and the rotors get rusty right after. I assume that you leaving it wet in the garage and not driving it for a long time contributed to this. Usually goes away after driving a little bit.

However when you said clutch, I take it you don't have a C32 or C55.

Yessir, I wish. I got a C240 with the C32/55 front and rear calipers.
