Is it possible to get too much air?

I have the C3 intake and K&N and noticed my mpg at its highest is 23. I'm thinking when I just had the K&Ns in, I was like around 27 mpg at its highest. Anyone else notice this? Aside from the mpg, car runs great.

Sure its possible to have to much air. If your fuel is not mixing correctly and you have to much air and not enough fuel= lean Its important when people get dynos to get their A/F as well. I would suggest a dyno run to see if your A/F ratio is were it should be. Really i dont know enough about this to offer any solid advice on what to do but i'm sure other members do.

I would suggest going on a few different dyno websites (www.dynojet.com www.dynapackusa.com etc.) and seeing where there's a close, reputable shop - you might be pleasantly surprised with a couple/few to choose from.
