C55 Front Lip Removal.

C55 Front Lip Removal.
Hey Guys, can you tell me how to remove the Front Lip of the C55. I was installing my CLK Grille, and a small wrench fell all the way to the bottom of the front.
I'm using a picture that was shown for installing the CLK Grille by genechien with a black arrow to show where it fell. It fell in front of the silver ventilation area and went to the bottom under the silver cylinder pipe. Am I at risk of damaging the engine if I drive? I went down to my dealership and told them I had alot of leaves under there and if I was at risk and he said that area was for ventilation. I asked him how to remove it, and he said to just push on the small levers. I did and it almost comes off, but I'm afraid to push on it too hard. Please help.
