Grr lost a BBS centercap

Grr lost a BBS centercap
Is there any easy way to pop out the other ones so I can swap in my other set without having to take off the wheels? I have no idea how it came out, seems like they wedge in really well.
Has anyone else had this problem?

If you don't need them you can pop them in the centre with a screwdriver as someone kindly did with one of my Kleemann centre caps, then just pull them out. If you want to save them then you will have to take the wheels off.
