Idle Pulley replacement help needed
In another thread I described how my idle pulley melted twice. I'm thinking about doing the repair myself this time and I could use some help since I don't have a shop manual.
The part that the dealer replaced was:
000-202-000-19 TIGHTENER PU $23.50
which I believe is just the plastic pulley piece.
I'm assuming since the part only cost $23.50, it doesn't include the bearings, etc. Does anyone know the part number for the bearings and have any install instructions?
In fact, I don't even see how to replace the pulley since there are no bolts or screws in the front. Is it snap on?
Thanks,
John

My service advisor offered to make it right so I'm having my car towed back to the dealer. However, I'm still curious about the idle pulley so if anyone does have info on my questions above, it would still be great to hear from you and to document it on this site. I've searched and browsed for hours without find much info...
