According to the recent garage419 video the Iphone/Itouch dynolicious software with window mount is a much better & more accurate option and is a better investment as well. You can get Itouch for $179 shipped brand new refurbed from apple so add $13 and you are still under $200 for everything, where as Gtech Pro is around $250.
just something to consider.

03 g35 coupe...........02 c32 Sold
its already been proven that the iphone is more accurate then the g-tech.
garage 419 compared the times based on the track timer, iphone and g-tech.
I posted the link a couple months ago on the other iphone thread.

Gtech vs Iphone
Accelerometers in the iPhone are not temperature compensated and robotically
calibrated. If you get lucky and calibrate the iPhone accelerometers correctly you might get some decent results for that day but they will be nowhere close to the consistency of the gtech. I have personally tested them both against the 1/4m track and against the Datron Correvit (optical 5th wheel).
While the old gtech had some limitations it was a great device for it's time. The new Fanatic model is a whole other story. It has a true 10Hz GPS engine with SBAS (Satellite Based Augmentation System) and that's ten times more accurate than the GPS engine in my iPhone, which I love, by the way, for many reasons, it's just that consistent performance measurements is not one of them.
