I'm looking to do a resonator delete over the weekend, and I would like to know if anyone out there has a suggestion for a good muffler shop that won't try to rip me off. I live in Laguna Niguel, but I'd be willing to drive a fair distance, as long as it isn't too far.

pick up the phone book and look up a custom exhaust shop any fairly decent shop can do it. its a 25 min job. Thats what i did.

heard AAA up in LA is the best shop in the area.

I just picked up the yellow pages and found a decent muffler shop in Mission Viejo. I can't recall the name, but they are located off Jeronimo (I think the street was Obrero), between Alicia and Lake Forest. They charged me $50, if I recall.

They were quick, and good. I did not feel a need to drive an hour + for this job. Go with your gut and get a good price.

I've been there before -- definitely a good shop. I know they have experience as Globe Tire used to send all sorts of jobs to them.
