Christmas Miracle - Impressive Service
OK maybe calling this a Holiday Miracle is a bit of Hyperbole. However, I am rarely impressed by vendors or suppliers. Yesterday, (Dec 23rd) I ordered a pair of OEM front brake rotors for my C32 from a company called "All OEM Auto Parts" of Pomona, California. These were to be shipped UPS ground.
With the holiday rush and all the hustle and bustle associated with that, I knew that UPS would be swamped and I figured if I saw that package within a week to 10 days I would be lucky. Today, I got the e-mail that the package had shipped on the 23rd. This evening one day later, my brakes were delivered while I was gone doing last minute shopping. 24 hrs from Cali to Kentucky?? The box says UPS ground but it came in one day on Christmas Eve. You got me but I still believe in Santa. Big kudos to All OEM Auto Parts and UPS for doing it right.
