Mercedes service in Canada
I'm always under the impression that since MB Canada owns most of the dealerships in Canada (especially western Canada), their service should be better than those privately owned independent dealers. I took my car in for air pump failure and fix the AC buttons (the blue button got stuck when pressing down) plus some other small issues last Thurs and on Fri night, I got my car back....
Ever since the moment I drove out of my dealership, I realized Air from my AC/Heat only comes out from the top windshield defroster, nothing from the usual vents. I called my advisor and he said Sat was his day off, he asked me to drop by and look for Mr. X. But as I drive on, I realied air not only coming out from the top, air just wont stop blowing!!!!! EVEN if I turn off the damn AC/Heat COMPLETELY! I dropped by my dealership yesterday and looked for Mr.X, he was busy with a customer and the receptionist asked me to wait for an hour because there're 2 ppl ahead of me waiting to see him. The dealership opens on Sat, but only 1 man is working!!! I was so pissed and I left. Every manager in the dealership knows me, and everyone of them will be busted by me on Mon! I am mad at the tech who fixed my car why he didn't test the AC after he's finished with it. Now you have to make the customer to go back 2 times. I am sure not every customer will have a flexible working schedule like me where he can sneak out and get his car fixed anytime during office hours.
Sometimes when I was reading other posts complaining the service quality of the dealers across North America, I would say to myself, luckily my dealer isn't like that. But I think I really need to think about that now!!
