Crossfire SRT-6
New Spearco/Code 3 Intercooler FS
I bought this Spearco C3 IC back in october. It took much longer to show up than they promised and in the mean time my Crossfire has gone into storage. I dont see myself using this intercooler anytime in the coming months so I am offering it up forsale for $850 Shipped to the lower 48 states. OBO
This uses a spearco air-air core and is custom built. C3 sells these new for $1039 + shipping + months of waiting.
The biggest issue I see with the IC, as you can see the openings for the water lines do not are not even. C3 told me this is a non issue as the fittings for the water lines are the size of the openings. As you can see they are "off". The fix for this is to thread the fitting and drill out the opening. I have the document Code 3 sent out for this mod, and it covers the mods in full. All in all it takes about 10-15 mins of work. All the tools are mentioned.
If anyone would like a Spearco/C3 intercooler NOW, AND save money here is your chance. Until then this will sit in the trunk with a cover over the car for the next several months.
