Lol... wut? You need some new glasses, Grandpa Also, I just checked and the invoice for a 135 is about $6k less than for a 335, comparably equipped.

But it does have more room. You've got me there. :: snicker ::

Remember that old saying about how 100lbs can equate to .1 in the 1/4 mile? Don't the 1s have a lot less unsprung weight at the corners than the 3s too? Not to mention that the 1s more than likely have a lower drag co-efficient and IINM, a better F/R weight distribution.

If you're speaking in terms of practicality, yes, the 3 is definitely the winner, but look at what forum you're posting in and ask yourself, "How much do these guys really value practicality over tire-roasting power/torque?".

Well... beauty is in the eye of the beholder - and automotive beauty is no exception. Lot of people thought the first-gen M coupe was fugly, but I knew a few people who loved 'em.

I think it's generally accepted that the e9x 3 series is overall a more visually appealing car than the 1 series - especially from the front. That said, the 1 series is supposed to be a fun little car; I'm sure this one's an absolute beast - freeway onramp's are probably a blast in 3rd...

lol i have a 335 and i know that there is definitely MUCH more power to come from those little N54s, its not uncommon to see an n54 400whp/400wtq. the secret recipe is a tune/FMIC/DPs/dual cone intake

a bit curious, do all 135i come with the extra oil cooler that was missing in the 335i when it first came out?

those are great numbers, can we get a clearer scan? That 377hp is at the wheels right? not corrected for "crank" hp?

go put this car on a dynojet so the n54 boys can compare it to the current piggy's.

if its a true 377whp on a mustang, that car will be well into the 11's w traction and the right driver.

so far the flash tunes for the n54 have been a bit....well....neutered. I used to pull on Dinan S3 335's and the like so hard it wasnt funny. I'd love to see a flash for that engine platform that really performs.

really nice numbers but you can tell by the torque curve falling on its face that the turbos are really running out of breath- is there any way to tighten up the wastegates on these car or use a helper spring- this may help but it really depends on the efficiency of the turbos

Nice power, too bad it has the looks that only a 16 year school girl driver can match

The 135i does have a oil cooler.

Yes those are wheel HP numbers Yeah it seemed that all dinon flashes where a bit week, but we have one thing in mind power safe power

Yeah the turbos are very small and the dyno platform really dont help. We are making changes everyday to see if we can get the wastegates to stay closed a bit longer and see if that would help a bit with the torque falling off.
