Bose Problem? No Sound Issue
Ok,
So the last two mornings when I start the car the radio comes on but there is no sound, I restart the car and everything works and continuous to work through out the day.
I did a search and it sounds like it might be the BOSE amplifier problem people have posted about. Is there anyway to know for sure if its the amplifier?
I live in San Diego, but it hasn't been too hot or cold so I don't think its temperature related.

Hi I have this exact same problem, in fact have had it ever since i bought my car, a year and a half ago. I still have not figured the problem out, i have replaced the cd-changer, i have replaced the bose amp in the boot(back) and still have this issue, now i am thinking it is down to my cell-phone kit in the car. I have the nokia mobile installation, cell prep i think they call it... let me know if you get it sorted! Good luck

This happened to me once about a year ago and never again since. If I were you I would just live with it until it becomes a consistent PITA-then change the system.
BTW - do you have Navi or not? If not - now's a good time to look into.
