Front fender gap..

Front fender gap..
After my mech messed with the A/C stuff ( I guess he had to remove the fender / bumper to fix it?) I now have a small gap between the fender and front bumper... What would cause this and how can I fix it?

Have the shop properly align the fender. All shops have body shops that they contract with. Either they give body shops work or they receive work from the body shop.
So, if they did the work have them complete it. It is pretty simple. Tell them that it needs to be completed properly. And if they cannot do it which shop do they work with closely that will do the work for them.
I am sure it will work out in the end.
