Sorry for reviving this but I'm getting the same symptoms recently on a cold start. I've recently changed spark plugs and fuel filter. Only other weirdness since doing the plugs/filter is a little bit of a lumpy idle when pulling to a stop, for about 10 seconds it feels like it's missing slightly (no cell).
Anyone find out what the problem is?
