Weak top end with nasty engine smell

Does anyone know what could cause engine-oil smell upon hard acceleration? It starts doing appearing at 80-100mph and higher when the revs go past 4k. I took it to Mercedes and there is no way for the to verify it. Replaced the spacers, IC, got the engine checked out and all the hoses by MB and they said everything was good.

I'm going to guess leaky intercooler.

I looked up the defenition of blowby and it sounds like what it might be

The IC was replaced, it wasn't the problem.

Try the other obvious one:
See if your recirculating covers have bad seals / gaskets (they're on the valve cover).
Pull off the air boxes and look at the cover. In addition, look at the exhaust manifolds to see any oil has been dripping on them.

+1 i agree.

leaky intercooler wouldnt cause a engine burning smell. i have a leaky intercooler and all it does is burn coolant not oil.

Check the passager side, its the side that usually starts leaking first. you might just need to retighten the torx screws. They get loose with age and start leaking oil.

Burning apples, closest I can describe my IC leak. Never burnt an apple, but this is what it would smell like. Better yet, sugar coated apples.
