Since I'm in Canada I buy it online from Zaino Canada. On the leather I always use the cleaner fist before the conditioner. On the plastic its mostly just the cleaner. Unless I'm feeling overly ambitious then I do both

By the way, does it leave your leather seats shiny or factory matte?

Thanks for the info. I noticed it's not through most 3rd party or even detailing websites. It seems you can really just get it directly through Zaino online.
