Guys I've done a search and most threads that meant anything similar I posted on earlier today but yet to get a response so I'll try the new post approach...anyways I noticed between 1-2 months now the errrr sound like if PS is going bad or is low on fluids...but reservoir is full..no warnings..no leaks..and steering wheel turns fine...now the errrr sound definitely sound like PS also when I turn the steering wheel the errrr sound seems to follow..even at idle I still hear it..what might be my issue if there is any...any suggestions?

BTW it don't sound like radio interference either.
