You can pick a pair of W203 OEM clear bixenon headlights for $800-$1200 depending on the condition. Check ebay and the classifieds.
You need to take it to the dealer and have it programmed to Xenon=present.
That's all you need.

I agree with AMG4EVER, I bought mine last year for $1000 installed from Sunil (Houston Motorwerks) but I just got lucky since he pulled them out of his car and I was down there doing other installs (IC pump, Heat exchanger, etc..)
Don't forget to do the Xenon=present at your local MB dealership.
There's a DIY with pics, you can print that out and show the shop foreman, not the MB Advisor and tell the foreman that you will need to have this less than 5 minute job done free of charge since your headlights won't work. And it will be a safety hazard.
I know I convinced the guy when I went during my lunch break and I was in/out of there.
