Trust arm bushings
Anyone change these out on there own? I think you can drop the arm low enough to press them out the pop the new ones in. They are cheap at about 20.00 each or the arm is around 120.00 for the whole thing.

I doubt you will be able to get them out any other way than with a press. So if you plan on doing this completely on your own, it will probably end up costing about the same to just replace the entire arm (vs. taking them out and paying a shop to just replace the bushing). Then you also get the new balljoint, too. Remember, you will need an alignment after.
