5-series in the video started out as 528i. It has an AC Schnitzer body kit. Originally it had RMS StageII Vortech kit. After an owner got fed up dealing with RMS tuning issues, hes sent the car to Active Atutowerks for a 3.2L motor with Stage IV turbo. At 21 lbs. it was pushing 510rwhp. I have seen the dyno sheet.

My guess he was running lower boost, this why Charlie was able to keep up. Weight difference when the cars raced was less than 250 lbs.
