02 C32 70k New serpentine belt?

Hi guys, I have had some hesitation and slow acceleration issues for awhile. I just recently replaced the spark plugs to NGK iridium IX, and it seams to made a lot of difference in throttle response(one spark plug, the last one near the firewall on the left side had some oil on it and dont know what that is all about). However, when I am driving normally, and I step on the gas enough for a downkick, the car jumps forward a bit, then stalls, then slowly climbs like the belt slipped and the rpm's slowly started to climb because of it. I have no cel's and no misfires. The belt has never been replaced to my knowledge. My car is stock and only has a cm30 ic pump, NGK plugs, and K&N's. Now my question is, where can I buy a good serpentine belt, and do I have to get the oem one, or is there one that is better for a stock c32? Thanks in advance for your advice.

I did some research and found this belt from autohauzAZ.com:

visually check your belts to see if they're cracked or something's wrong with them.

your issue could be the throttle position sensor on the pedal OR even the s/c clutch pack. might not even be just the belt slipping.

Thanks for the response Frank. You have mentioned to me that it might be the tps sensor in previous threads when I have needed help. At first I thought it was the transmission, but I noticed that it downkicks but power arrives slowly. Anyways, you have to buy the entire gas pedal assembly to replace it. I went to parts.com to look for the gas pedal assembly, and after sending an email to them and asking them for the part number for the gas pedal assembly for the c32 they came up with this:
http://www.parts.com/oemcatalog/inde...id=67&siteid=2
I want to be sure that it is the right part before buying it. I will have to call them and talk to them more about it.
Also, my sc clutch has been replaced by mercedes dealer less than a year ago due to a noisy sc clutch bearing. This might sound dumb, but how do you differentiate a belt slip from sc clutch slip? Also, could the torque converter be slipping as well? On second note, my transmission, radiator, torque converter, tcu, idler pulley, sc clutch have been replaced under warranty.
