Cool Side Mirrors Heating Does Not Work

Hi all,

I owned a W203 C200K (M271 engine). However, i noticed that both side mirrors heating failed to heat up at all. Do you have any idea what went wrong? I can't see the mirror at all when it is raining and when it is foggy.

does it suppose to heat up by itself automatically according to the Heating temperature inside the car cabin? Is there a button that i should enable first? I have cross check with MB Germany service centre with my VIN number and confirmed that my car built in with the side mirror heating system.

can somebody advise me what to check? fuse is perfectly alright.

thoughts?

Regards,
Derek

The last time mine came on it seemed like the energy management controller was turning one on then the other. As I understand they come on based on temperature.
