So I said I was going to get it done, and it's done.

Here's a sound clip of our beloved AMG w/res delete and secondary cat deletes. Other boosters include Powerchip, Code 3 pulley, phenolic spacers, SL 55 intakes, and the deletes. I'm pretty much done with power mods until further notice. Maybe I'll do spark plugs later. Next thing to focus on is suspension.

It's still quite civilized when cruising. When you're on the gas, then it gets angry. This vid was taken in a somewhat enclosed courtyard, so it may accentuate the sound a bit more.

Yes...I don't understand it either.

I'm just going to say screw it and go back to the old school C 32 badge. Thinking about it, the car doesn't need to be represented in any other way. Besides, it's such a rarity to see on the road that when you see one, you know it's the real deal...usually. :p

You sure it was stolen, or did it fall off? After I painted my badges and slapped them back on with some new double sided tape, I almost lost my "2" a few weeks ago just from coming loose. It's back on now, but I'm considering debadgin the trunk....

Here's some random footage my buddy took before we got my back tires replaced. All shot in Mexico. A couple good sounds of the exhaust under load. Tires being destroyed in arcade mode (dyno mode). I plan to do a dedicated video of flyby runs.

Fun stuff

You're probably right about it falling off. I won't debadge, though. I will probably just go back to old school badging.

I also want a little deeper tone. I think I'm gonna try this muffler as it seems to sound the best to me. Megan Racing, M-RS.

Canisters will give you a higher exhaust note... oval mufflers are a better bet.

Shocking, how much Mexico is looking like SJC and Ladera areas these days. I guess that is why they call it the "Ortega" Highway.

Actually, its not there, but I know where that is. Its in a different area by Ensenada known as Portola Villa.
