Anyone know what specs would be best for custom made exhaust, like pipe width, resonators, bend points, etc etc.?

hmm.... the exhaust shop should know EXACTLY what to do... they have worked w/exhaust all their life. at least the one at my area did. told me exactly what to do for the custom exhaust. i don't have it written down though.

Correct, they're making exhaust for living.
Tell them what's your preference and they'll check & make it exactly match ur expectation.

I did one, challenge them to make muffler "quietest" & "performance driven" (not sold in market ),
they did a very good job afterwards.

Why do you want to remove the stock exhaust which looks like a piece of art and replace it with some hacked up non-mandrel bent exhaust? If you just want it louder , have them replace the muffler only or maybe go with the Supersprint exhaust system.

by custom exhaust... our c32 already have BIG pipes coming out of the motor. so... by changing the muffler should give us more sound and probably abit more HP.
