Question how does the remote tuning @ eurocharged work?

I sent my ecu to eurocharged for a re-flash the other day. When i received my ecu, the engine starts funny and it revs from 10-15 rpm non-stop. When i press the gas peddle, it will not respond as well. I contacted Tony and he suggested that i should flash it back to stock and have his remote tuning kit sent to me once my cars starts normal again.

How does the remote tuning work? My ECU was tuned by Jerry from Let before. Is it different from my previous tune? Can i have it done without a Dyno?

the way i understand the remote tune is he will send you a laptop that you connect to the obdII port. then you call him while the computer is online and he will tune the car from his laptop .
while the dyno will give him the most info for a precise tune i think a reflash can be done without the dyno

Is it the same tune without dyno? I thought the same list of mods will have same kind of preset tune setting? If two cars have the same exact mods, both tune will be the same right?

not really. when mine was dyno tuned the first thing is a baseline run to see were the car is at. then a tune is flashed and run. then tony will fine tune the timing to get the best a/f ratios for the mods installed. the object is to get a flat torque curve and a steady inc in hp.
the canned tune is just for the mods decribed to him on a very generic level. ie: c3 with intake mods and exhaust work.
i could be wrong but i would think the area you live in will also affect the tune. case in point a tune done in fl. would yield different results than a car tuned in colorado.
in theroy 2 cars with the same mods should tune the same but we all know every car is different
