Are all C32's equally fast?
I don't think you can tie it in directly to who build the engine, because it is possible that one tech's engine could be better than another.
You will see M3's beating C32's, C32's beating M3's, C32's beating C32's, and M3's beating M3's. All variance I suppose. There was one case where a M3 beat another M3, and then turned around and was dead even with a C32!
