hey guys i need your help! My car keeps overheating and there is a warning stating that I need to add coolant. I opened up the reservoir and it seems to be full to the top. What can the problem be? I noticed that my fan isn't on when i turn the car on or have it running with the a/c on could that be the problem?

btw i have a 02 c32 with about 77K miles
