I purchased this new Code 3 Performance Heat Exchanger from Code 3 Performance, a few years ago, but never installed it in my C32. Now I no longer need this as the C32 is being sold.

2002 c32 AMG 2012 c250 Coupe
is this a direct replacement to the oe heat exchanger..? would i have to modify in order to make it fit accordingly..? how difficult is the install..?
