Any way to bypass a malfunction code on the display?
I'm getting error messages on my heads up display for the side marker lights (the ugly orange ones on the bumper). The left one is burnt out, but the right one is just giving me an error for no apparent reason.
I want to just paint the reflectors to match the body color and not worry about replacing the lights inside them, but these errors are annoying. Is there any way to just tell the computer to ignore these errors?

dude just replace your bulbs and call it a day. color match your sidemarkers, and make sure you coat it enough so that light wont show through the paint. couple layers of clear coat and your gravy. FSS post up malfunctions and continiously does it for a reason. its just doing what its supposed to do.
