C32 rotors, shocks: Need replacement ideas

Guys,

Been out of the loop on the C32 for a few months. My car just sits there collecting dust and getting sprayed by the sprinklers everyday.

The car nees new valve cover gaskets, new plugs and probably wires. I have still not fixed my seats and my rotors look like a pizza dish. I still have a small transmission leak (probably my connector) and by paint needs a good detail due to the water spots.

So.. I'm taking on a project to bring back the car to standard.

First thing..
I need to replace my valve covers gaskets, which I already purchased.

Any ideas on the plugs? I currently have K20's I believe.. and they are about 60k. I dond't want to spend that much on the plugs.. just something to get by.

Wires: Probably going OEM. I had a night mare with my old Magnacor's.

rotors: parts.com has c32 rotors for $100 but they also have C230 rotors for $40. Anybody know if I can use the c320 rotors? I know they are thinner but would it work? After all this is my daily driver and I hardly drive it fast.

Shocks and Struts: after 100k miles.. my car feels very bumpy and not smooth. Feels like a one or two of them is leaking or just worn.

car seat modules: that can wait.

any good ideas to remove water spots from the paint? they are baked in and the water around is kinda hard.

I eventually plan to make this a week-end track car.. but for now I just want to make it run properly.

Track car ideas:
a few more engine pieces, lighter rims, better tires, bigger brakes, suspension mods and removal of weight (seats, woofers, ect)

Claybar first, if that doesn't take the water spots off use a light to medium cutting compound, polish than seal/wax.

thanks guys..

I will pick up a clay bar kit this week-end.

I'll stick with the OEM c32 rotors and not try to save a penny or two.

I'll start researching Koni shocks.
