Getting ready to start car with the new/rebuilt engine...Anything I should know?
As you know, I am swapping a new/used/rebuilt engine. I am getting to the point of initial start up and just wondering is there is anything I should know or be aware of. I have had one person tell me that you should not let it idle during the initial start up and to run it at 2500 rpms for the first 15 minutes, is this correct. Any other suggestions would be great thanks.

Good luck, let us know how it goes. Pics would be nice and maybe a description of what you did to rebuild the engine.
