What parts to add satellite radio to my 2006 COMAND System?

2006 AMG C55, 2010 challenger
What parts to add satellite radio to my 2006 COMAND System?
I've searched high and low for part numbers or a thread that explains exactly what parts I'll need for this.
I'm trying to add satellite radio to my wife's 2006 C55. It has the factory COMAND system, but no satellite tuner or antenna. Anyone know what all parts I will need (hopefully with part numbers). Also, if I swap to another head unit (Pioneer AVIC etc...) will my car still display the oil level on the cluster, or is this tied to the COMAND system?

I'm hoping to get one of these solutions installed for her by Christmas.

2005 C55, 1988 260E, 2000 Chevrolet Silverado
If its wired you should just need a receiver and antenna. Your oil level is not tied to command.
