does tire and rim size matter?
the stock rear tire size on my c32 amg are 245 40r 17's but i oredered 235 45r 17's can i still put them on the same stock rims i have now and have them fit ok?

They will fit fine. I had 235/45/17 on my car when I first bought it. I removed it and put the correct tire size on later. It will just be slightly narrower and the tire will be streched on the rim. For safety, it's fine. For looks/performance I would get the correct size.
