Tick tick ticking?

I have this strange ticking sound coming from under my front right wheel well. It is relevant to speed. The faster i go the more it ticks. The slower I go the less it ticks. (it makes a noise similar to the sound you would get when I was a little kid, and put a card between the spokes on my bicycle) it doesn't make the noise constantly, just about 50% of the time.

Have you looked under the car? Anything noticeable?

Yeah I took a look under multiple times... Looks normal. The front shocks are a little squeaky, but not too bad. I'm thinking something is caught up there somewhere. I'll have to take the wheel off and look. I was just checking to see if anyone else has had that problem. Maybe it's related to the car and not just something stuck up there.
