Glycol issue?

Glycol issue?
So I hear that pre-2003 mercedes Are at risk for some glycol issue. I'm not exactly sure what the issue is. Could someone explain it to me and explain symptoms, issues, and how to prevent it. I drive a pre 2003 c32, and now I am paranoid!!!!! :| should I be?
