C55 bumper question and help

anyone know exactly what parts you need to buy to convert this to a C55?
I'm going to do this myself and want to do it all in a weekend so I need to make sure I have all my parts before hand and can't afford to forget something and then not have a driveable car etc.
So far I've got the bumper, fogs, mesh, 3 reinforcement foams, tow hook cover, washer nozzle covers...at least that's all I've got part numbers for.
Member RES has since stopped posting since 2011 and he never added his promised parts list so I'm still kind of in the dark
