What the hell is wrong with my C32?

What the hell is wrong with my C32?
Pulled the C32 out of the garage today soo me and my sister could take it to church...Was going to have her drive it..shes getting 325xi Monday.. Anyway, she disengages parking brake fully, but the instrument panel still says "Brake" in red lettering on the lower left side. She puts it in gear and starts to go and the car just beeps beeps beeps. Soo I get in the drivers seat, fool with it for a second, shut car on/off, and try to drive, and the parking break is Physically NOT ON. Car drives fun.. But just beeps and beeps and the little warning comes up in the Instrument Cluster. I played with it for a while and kept restarting the car, disengaging the parking break, and letting it go...And its definitely not on.. Car thinks it is though. What is wrong?

a glitch or something. try engage the parking brake again and then release it. See if that'll reset the brake indicator. If not, i guess you'll need to make an appointment to the dealership.

I used the SOS feature and talked to a tech... he had me do a series of things to get it to work, didn't.
He had me
Engage Parking Brake
Shut of car
SIt in car with doors closed and lock car using key, then unlock.
Insert key in ignition.
Release brake, put in gear, and go.
NO workie
Going to bring it in tomorrow,
