get in line buddy he's telling me if he ever sells it. but seriously though, with the eurocharged ecu flash, they promised about 25rwhp. when i said the airbox makes a difference, i was basing that off of the thread that wawy brought up, there is a dyno graph on there of the difference.

LOL, ok if anybody wants to sell their Renntech box one day sooner rather than later then you know what to do...

25rwhp is impressive; fair enough I will take all the advice given onboard.

Do not want to spend big bucks on a Kompressor...

My aim is to take the car to 400-410bhp and I think with mods like a eurocharged ecu flash + kleemann headers etc should be reachable...

Thanks.

I went to that thread and on his only saw 6-8 hp which is certainly not enough to justify an original $1400 cost (and well over $3000 at that time with a tune). You can ask Jake or Jerry from EC and they'll be honest with you. The cost of many of these items for a C55 does not justify the gains you get. I recall many times at the drags where they spot tuned a C55 and saw lil or NO gain at all. Again, the C32 was a different kettle of fish.

i'm volunteering to be the guinea pig here, my car is stock performance except for the resonator delete (not really a performance mod) and the k&n filters. i'm getting my ecu flashed by eurocharged in the next few months after i get my new rear tires, spark plugs changed, and oil changed. looking to do a before and after dyno depending on the price just for you guys.

Thanks for the great post. Problem is, there is NO run in that with the stock airbox and either the greens you used or KNs. You used a Renntech WITH Greens. How much did the greens contribute to that? Plus, for over $1000 it was less than 10 HP.

Yepper, just got a Quaife!! New, part is about $1,200 + or - and about $500 to install. If you're buying one, be careful as the part # is entirely different for the C55 versus the C32. Same manufacturer, totally different part.
