well i just did my rest on the esu and it seems like the car is pulling better or its just in my head.

I think it results in the car holding each gear longer (getting higher rpm's in each gear) and this will result in the car pulling better.

In my experience, the adaptive set up eventually goes back to where it was before. So you may need to repeat this every few days.
