Will E55 heat exchanger fit on C32??

Will E55 heat exchanger fit on C32??
Hiii.

So my buddy has an extra E55 heat exchanger so I was thinking since I'm getting a pulley and a tune, I would eventually need a heat exchanger upgrade. Just wondering if anyone knows if it'll fit fine in a C32 and whether you guys think if it is pointless to do so.
Im going to the shop on Saturday but i want to know whether i should install it if it fits or should I get another aftermarket HE instead.

NVM, did another search and found out they're the same HE......

2003 porsche 996 turbo
e55 h/e is a bigger unit than the c32 if i remember correctly
