Hi tried to replace the wipers, had Bosch Icons and now the other ones got are 24 and 22 for passengers and will not fit as I had adjusted the wipers to where the icons were. Now after trying to fit these wipers in by remving the nuts on the arm the wipers are not moving at all.
Can anyone help?

My initial thought is that you simply didn't re-tighten the bolts tight enough that hold the wipers in place. Give that a try. I used to drive a Volvo 960 and the passenger side wiper blade would consistently stop working after a period. All I had to do was tighten the bolt on the wiper arm and it worked like new.
