Please don't get me wrong my friend any idea is better then no idea...auto x isn't for me at the moment...I just explained why I disagreed with what Zeebrock posted that's all. I wouldn't care if an auto x was $50 per car I just don't wish to replace things sooner then later on my car that's all. By all means plan as best suited for most...if I could I'll make it
"Track day" could be a day at the drag strip. However, the track day hosted by AMS at the autobahn isn't. Autobahn country club (http://www.autobahncc.com/Track_Rental.html) you get to drive / race your car on a real track (Not in the parking lot full of cones..no offense to autoxers.. I prefer circuit better
) and Autobahn has really nice courses. .I guess we could start a poll here..
1. Drag
2. Auto X
3. Just meet up and have some coffee / food / go kart
4. Track day

We need a few new customers to justify flying jerry back to chi, but it might be cool to get eveyone together like that....

Ok say...I'm about 45 minutes to Byron straight shot...US41 is worth the trip if it's a private rental unless people know it's ok open to all...GL never been there but will go if those who have gone say it's worth it.

Its the first sat of the month, and a heck of a time. There were a ton of cars there last month!
