Any one please help!!! Ordering a new key.
Hello guys.
I came back to South Korea around a month ago with my c55 amg.
However, I lost my key over here, I don't have any key now.
I called and tried order a key through Mercedes dealer in irvine, where I used to go and got services while I was schooling in UCI, however, they are telling me they cannot make a new key without the presence of the vehicle.
It is too expensive to make a new key here in Korea because I have to change the amplifier due to the difference in frequency usage between the US and Korea.
Please advised me if any one knows about this matter.

It's MBUSA's policy and they made it because they don't want vehicles being taken overseas. So he really has no case with them. They are forcing the dealers to follow this policy and they are being audited frequently for this.
