Satellite Radio Screen Issues?

Satellite Radio Screen Issues?
I need help guys. My satellite radio was working for a while on a trial setup and one day it just stopped.
I went and purchased a Sirius 1 year subscription and am having issues activating this head unit.
Problems:
- I push the "SAT" button on the head unit and it just displays a phone number and my ESN number. It does not give me any option to click on the "subscribe" screen or anything. It is like it is a dead screen with 0 options available.
Also when I go to the SAT screen the "aquiring signal" never shows.
Everything else on the headunit and NAV are functioning properly.
Any ideas?

You have to call Sirius with the radio on and give them the number displayed. A signal is downloaded to activate the receiver once the financials are sorted.
And be sure that you have a clear view of the sky. Satellite reception in the Peoples Republic of California is weak due to position of the satellite.
