While pulling the rocker arm assembly, to swap it out in hopes of fixing the ticking noise I had, I noticed that both intake valves on cylinder 2 are stuck closed. I can puch down all the other valves by hand but not those 2. Any thoughts on why this is, what it means. The only thing I can think of is that due to deposit build up the valves seized in the guides, and hopefully I can break them loose.

Do they move at all? You sure they are not hitting the piston.

The force of the cam should make it move or break the stem
