Have you seen this volcano in CA?

. I got it replace yesterday.
Any suggestion? Too much fuel?

Honestly, she was running ok the whole time, smooth no hiccup and still spinning wheels lol. The code came on about a year ago, but I was lazy and did not have time to fix it. It was still at 316whp/350wtrq at the last dyno tune last year. Now I know why my dyno was always lower then others even I have more mods 
Just wondering too much fuel causing this? I need a retune

The tunner on the right of the CAT was the only way the air could pass through I guess
